1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bitjilli ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the bitjilli website, mobile site, or associated services, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

bitjilli operates an online casino and sports betting platform serving players located in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes and is intended for use only by adults who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the bitjilli platform, including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects. All communications between bitjilli and players, including support interactions, account notifications, and bonus communications, are conducted in English.

1.3 Applicable Rules

In addition to these Terms, your use of bitjilli is subject to the platform's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a promotion-specific rule, the promotion-specific rule shall apply solely to that promotion, and these Terms shall continue to govern all other matters.

2. Account Registration

To access betting and gaming features on bitjilli, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. bitjilli reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.1 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bitjilli, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on bitjilli under any name or identity.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bitjilli.

2.2 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. 2.3 Account Security

You must notify bitjilli support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bitjilli will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bitjilli operates a KYC verification process in accordance with standard financial compliance practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time at our discretion:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card or passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile wallet or bank account)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until compliance is achieved. All documents are handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bitjilli are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account settings, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your gaming balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking day to reflect in your account depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

bitjilli does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. You are encouraged to check with your payment provider before initiating large transfers.

3.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, active bonus wagering requirements. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Rocket / Upay: Within 1 hour from approval
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 banking hours from approval
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days

bitjilli charges no withdrawal fees on any method. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered to the account holder's name, in order to prevent fraud and money laundering.

3.4 Currency & Exchange

All transactions are processed in BDT. If your payment provider operates in a different currency, conversion will occur at the provider's prevailing exchange rate. bitjilli is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or rate fluctuations applied by your payment provider.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

bitjilli offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Claiming a bonus constitutes your agreement to the applicable terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who create a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific bonus amount, percentage match, minimum deposit threshold, and wagering requirements are displayed on the promotions page at the time of claiming. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is detected, bitjilli reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the account(s) involved.

4.4 Seasonal & Reload Promotions

bitjilli regularly runs promotions tied to major Bangladesh events and cricket seasons, including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, the BPL season, IPL, and ICC tournament schedules. Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-bet promotions are communicated to eligible players via the platform's promotions page. Each offer carries its own start date, end date, eligibility criteria, and wagering conditions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

By using bitjilli, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating or operating more than one account on the bitjilli platform under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way that is not part of normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software glitches, game errors, pricing mistakes, or any other platform malfunction for financial gain. bitjilli reserves the right to void bets or game rounds affected by technical errors.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content, data, software, or intellectual property belonging to bitjilli.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bitjilli staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law, regardless of the use of VPN or proxy services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the bitjilli platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, software code, promotional materials, and the bitjilli brand name and logo — is the intellectual property of bitjilli or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights. bitjilli operates these games under valid licensing agreements with each provider.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

bitjilli provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will always be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability.

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bitjilli shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, technical faults, payment processing delays, or account actions taken in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on bitjilli are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the relevant game provider. bitjilli does not interfere with game outcomes. Sports betting results are determined by real-world event outcomes as reported by our data providers. All wagers are final once confirmed — bitjilli accepts no liability for bets placed in error.

7.3 Third-Party Services

bitjilli integrates third-party services for payment processing, game provision, and customer support tools. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service provider. Any disputes arising from third-party payment transactions should be directed first to the payment provider, with bitjilli support available to assist in the resolution process.

7.4 Safe and Reliable Platform

bitjilli operates on SSL-encrypted infrastructure and implements industry-standard security protocols to protect player data and financial transactions. We maintain certified fair-play standards across our game library. While we take extensive precautions, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and players are encouraged to take their own precautions including strong passwords and 2FA activation.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Either party may close a bitjilli account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the bitjilli support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be addressed — either fulfilled or the bonus forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

8.2 bitjilli-Initiated Closure

bitjilli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Confirmed underage gambling (player found to be under 18 years of age)
• Self-exclusion request from the player or a responsible gaming referral
• Court order, legal requirement, or instruction from a relevant authority

Where an account is closed by bitjilli due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Players will be notified of the reason for closure and the process for any applicable appeals, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting support at support@bitjilli and requesting self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods start at a minimum of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be deactivated and no marketing communications will be sent. To discuss reinstatement after a self-exclusion period has expired, players must contact support and complete a responsible gaming assessment.
